Requesting Account Deletion
This article describes the steps for deleting any data associated with your account linked to the GRAMS Android app published by developer Inweon IT Innovations Pvt Ltd in the Google Play Store. If, for any reason, you want your GRAMS data and its account deleted, you can follow the following steps to request account deletion.
What data will be deleted or kept?
Upon account/data deletion the following data will be deleted:
- User account
- Any account related data collected by the application
- Any location information collected by the application
- User inference jobs's historical data
The following data might still be persisted:
- Any analytics/clickstream data previously collected by the Google Analytics
- Any crash or log information previously collected by the app
How to Delete an Account?
Using the Web Dashboard
- Login to your account on the web dashboard.
- After logging in, navigate to the User Settings page using the three dots menu on the top right of the screen.
- On the User settings page, click Request Account deletion
- Fill out the reason for requesting account deletion.
- Confirm your request by clicking on Request Account deletion in the open modal.
Using the GRAMS Android App
- Login to your account using the GRAMS Android app.
- After logging in, navigate to the User Settings page using the three dots menu on the top right of the screen.
- On the User settings page, click Request Account deletion
- Fill out the reason for requesting account deletion.
- Confirm your request by clicking on Request Account deletion in the open modal.
What happens after requesting deletion?
After you request account deletion, we will respond back within 14 days confirming the receipt of your request and delete all associated data within 30 days of the initial request.
